Madison Beer is an American singer, songwriter, and internet personality born on March 5th 1999 in Jericho, New York. She first gained widespread media attention in 2012 when pop superstar Justin Bieber discovered her vocal covers on YouTube and shared a link to her rendition of Etta James’s “At Last,” which instantly propelled her to viral internet fame.
Following her viral breakthrough, she was signed to Island Records and managed by Scooter Braun, releasing her debut single “Melodies” in 2013. She later transitioned into an independent artist to gain full creative control over her music, a pivotal move that led to the release of her critically acclaimed debut extended play, As She Pleases, featuring the hit single “Home with You”.
