Sarah Hyland

Sarah Hyland is an American actress, singer, and television host born on November 24, 1990, in Manhattan, New York. Born into a family of actors, she began her professional career as a child, landing early film roles in Private Parts and Annie before attending the Professional Performing Arts School to hone her craft.
She achieved global superstardom in 2009 when she was cast as the eldest sibling Haley Dunphy on the critically acclaimed ABC sitcom Modern Family. Her comedic timing and portrayal of the fashionable, empty-headed teenager turned her into a fan favorite and earned her four Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series over the show’s eleven-season run.
